Kristin Morrison
Six-Figure Pet Business Academy

Kristin Morrison from Six-Figure Pet Business Academy loves helping pet business owners solve their biggest, trickiest challenges and pain points! Since 2000, Kristin has coached pet sitters, dog walkers, pet groomers, dog trainers and dog daycare owners to six and seven-figure success while also helping them create a life they love.

Kristin hired over 250 staff in the course of running her own pet business and went from working 7 days a week to 3 days a week in less than a year! She then set up her business to run without her at the helm so she could travel for months at a time across the globe.

Kristin is the author of 6 pet business books, and creator of startup and hiring kits, forms and templates. She's host of Prosperous Pet Business Podcast and teaches monthly webinars and workshops. Kristin has appeared on Yahoo Finance, Marketwatch, New York Post, ABC, NBC, CBS and more! Her book "30 Days to Start and Grow a Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Business" was chosen as the #1 Book Pick by Dogster Magazine.

Kristin looks forward to helping you start or grow your passion for pets into a profitable business you love!

SERVICES

Kristin Morrison’s Six-Figure Pet Business Academy provides expert coaching and resources for pet sitters, dog walkers, dog trainers, pet groomers, and dog daycare owners. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • 12-month Business Plan creation and coaching (clients walk away with a 12-month business plan),

  • Monthly webinars and workshops

  • Work kits for startups and hiring

  • Templates, forms, and plug-and-play growth marketing assets

  • It depends on your question, challenge or business issue, and it really is up to you how long you decide to work with me. I can work with you for a one-time, quick-fire session or every week for a year or two; the ball is in your court.

  • Most topics related to pet business and personal growth are in my wheelhouse! Just some of the topics include: how to start a pet business, steps to hiring and training the right staff members, how to create a successful six- or seven-figure pet business, what types of services or products to offer and how to price those services and products, effective marketing techniques, cash flow issues, how to set up a business in multiple cities or states, preparing the business for sale and much more. I also enjoy helping pet business owners with the human condition around running a business: support if a crisis occurs within the business, time management issues and how to get laser-focused, communication difficulties and relational issues between business owner, staff and clients, fears around hiring and expanding, burnout recovery, isolation issues that may arise out of being self-employed and not working face-to-face with people, how to expand the business gracefully and move through blocks and difficult feelings that may arise when you have more time and make more money. Creating a successful business may require working through fears and hidden beliefs around being wealthy or having a pet business that thrives. I’d love to help you discover what gets in the way of you creating financial success – and to assist you in moving beyond old patterns and belief systems that may be keeping you stuck.

  • If you are just starting out, you can learn how to create and launch a successful business from the very beginning (no need to reinvent the wheel). If you have been in business for many years and find yourself feeling overwhelmed or need to put out a lot of fires within the business, you can gain tools and knowledge to help you run your business more effectively (and in a sane way!) If you feel consumed by your business day and night, you can learn how to have a healthy relationship with your business, as well as a balanced personal life. I don’t proclaim to have all the answers, but after running a few businesses myself and working with many business owners for the last 25+ years, it’s rare for me to be on the receiving end of a question, challenge or business issue that I haven’t either experienced myself or helped a coaching client navigate.

Happy clients, happy life.
