Working with Fortune 500 and independent pet retailers, CBCG founder Lynn Switanowski has a proven track record for delivering increased sales and improved profits for companies from $300K in sales to those more than $4 Billion Dollars for more than 30 years.

Lynn’s management and leadership skills have led to the successful growth of niche businesses and have allowed her to establish the strategic direction for companies launching new brands and revitalizing mature businesses across many product categories.

Since 2004, Lynn and the CBCG team have focused on helping independent pet businesses across North America be the best they can be. Utilizing the retail experience and know-how of the CBCG team, clients learn, develop, collaborate, and ultimately succeed by acquiring tools and knowledge for their retail business.

Through her work at CBCG, Lynn has helped to grow sales and profitability at both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce businesses. CBCG has also helped independent businesses implement social media marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Prior to founding Creative Business Consulting Group, Lynn held senior management and general management roles for Fortune 500 retail companies including Macy’s, Liz Claiborne, Reebok, and Aramark. Her responsibilities included managing overall profit and loss, strategic planning, market positioning, product development, financial planning, and all internal budgeting. She consistently identified and executed new sales channels and distribution strategies for the businesses under her management. She regularly uses these skills to help her clients in many facets of their retail business development.

You can find Lynn speaking to retailers at trade shows across North America- educating attendees on a variety of retail topics. Lynn began her career at Federated Department Business where she held various buying positions and Business-line management roles and holds advanced degrees in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
