By Q3 2026, a clear divide has emerged in the pet industry. Some businesses are having record years while others are struggling, despite facing the same economy and competition.
This PIN-led panel will examine Q1 and Q2 data to uncover what is driving success in 2026. Panelists will explore changing pet parent expectations, Gen Z buying patterns, technology-driven trust, the decline of traditional loyalty models, and the rise of outcome-based customer relationships.
Attendees will leave with practical insights to assess their current position, close performance gaps, and focus on the strategies that matter most during Q3 and Q4.

This PIN-led panel will connect expertise in public relations, AI-assisted content, Amazon search and optimization, and customer retention. Attendees will see how each stage of the customer journey connects and learn how to identify the gap costing their business the most.
